Time: 1:43:24, Resistance: 4, Dist: 20.17 mi, Avg Speed: 11.7 MPH, Energy Burned: 1061 Kcal, Avg Pulse: 155

244.70 miles in the books. Still having knee issues, but it's different now. Not as bad.
