Week 12: Day 1 - Final Countdown

2:30:35, 30.2 miles, 1596 kcal, held 130bpm

Last week to go and I've been slacking. Bad call. Gotta give it my all this next week.

Week 10: Day 5 - Get UP!

2:40:00, 37.61 miles, 2003 kcal, Res 5, 170bpm

Week 10: Day 4 - Thoroughly Nuked

2:00:05, 28.85 miles, 1541 kcal, Res 5, HR: 180+BPM

ouch, ouch, ouch, ouch, ouch...

I felt myself sort of bonking 90 minutes in. It's a strange feeling. My mind wasn't as clear and I felt like I was reverting to age 5, mentally whining to myself.

I kicked my ass so hard tonight. I've earned my sleep.

Week 10: Day 3

2:13:00, 25.13 miles, 1333 kcal, Res 5

Held back from heavy training tonight and got my time in. My pace is a bit faster than before.

Week 10: Day 2

2:00:00, 26.63 miles, 1412 kcal, res 5, 180 +- 5 bpm, VO2max 200bpm 1min+

The weekend trip was nice. It put me behind a bit. I decided it was time to up my game. I held just under 14MPH during this run, seeing 13.8 most of the time. I'm going to target that speed and see how long it takes until I'm unable to keep my heart rate up enough from said pace.

Three weeks of the BL contest left. I'm still in second place despite having Rodizio residue in-process at my weigh-in. It's going to be the better part of a week before I'm back to normal in that respect.

Week 9: Day 5

2:00:06, 24.76 miles, 1312 kcal, Res 5

And that's all for tonight, folks. Done before 9:30 is a win in my book. I held over 13MPH for the last 20 minutes. Heart rate in the 160s.

Week 9: Day 4

2:12:05, 24.18 miles, 1283 kcal, res 5

Sticking with resist 5 for sure.

Week 9: Day 3

2:20:00, 25.93 miles, 1376 kcal, Res 5

I dropped to resistance 5. I've noticed when I try to run, I get winded rather quickly. I need some endurance and I've been moving too fast on the dial.
