Week 4: Day 6

2:00:04, 23.39 miles, 1240 kcal

I was reluctant to work out tonight since I did overtime at work for two hours, killing most of my evening and I have more overtime tomorrow. I still did it. I'm sure my next weigh-in will reflect that.

I passed 500 miles today.
