Week 3: Day 1: Workout 1

I missed the workout yesterday due to my bike being stuck behind furniture during a rearrangement of the room. This is yesterday's workout. I'll do today's workout after dinner with the family.

This is interesting. My pace has picked up a lot. Over 11.5MPH now. Maybe delaying yesterday's workout was a good idea? If true, this will help when I'm training every other day once I've dropped the weight.
