We all have our limits and I've reached mine. I'm borderline Diabetic so now I need to lose weight. It's not optional anymore.
During the cold months, I have a hard time getting anything going because I get sick a lot more easily. During the warmer months, I usually bike myself around for fun and that's hard to do when you weigh in at 210, given the nature of bike seats as they relate to male anatomy. Reducing my body weight would make sitting on a bike easier, as well as standing.
My plan is to revert to a technique I used when I was poor. I will live on peanut butter and jam sandwiches for two meals a day. I did this seven years ago while working construction for two months and it worked out very well. I lost weight and got a lot stronger.
This will be happening for three times as long, which is uncharted territory for me.
